4. Collection Methods

We collect personal data in the following ways: (a) Athletic and Academic Information: You provide player birthdates, graduation years, athletic bio, academic highlights, and sports team affiliations. (b) Payment Information: Our third-party payment processor Stripe processes payment card details and billing addresses on our behalf. (c) Service Login Information: We process usernames and passwords to enable secure access to your account and control access to restricted content.

5. Age Requirements

All players must be at least 13 years old to have a profile on our platform. Parents or guardians must create and manage accounts for players aged 13-18, providing full control and oversight of their information.

6. Communications

You may choose to receive promotional or advertising emails from us by opting in during onboarding or at any time from your dashboard. You cannot opt out of transactional emails related to the performance of our services. 13. California-Specific Rights
