You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

All photos uploaded to the Service are subject to moderation before being publicly visible. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate for any reason. If your photos do not pass our moderation process, you will be notified and provided with the reason for rejection.

Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with any purchase, and (ii) the information you provide is true, correct, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Your continued use of the Service after fee changes take effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fees.

Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. One time purchases such as the Memory Book are also non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

You may not use the Service to upload illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, harass others, or engage in any activity that could harm minors.

The Service and its original content (excluding user uploaded content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Volleyballers. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use our platform content for commercial purposes or personal gain without express written permission from us.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Volleyballers and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) breach of these Terms; or (iii) content you post on the Service.
