Start by choosing which season this team affiliation is for. The current season is marked for easy selection. You can add affiliations for past, current, and future seasons. This helps track your player's volleyball journey over time.
Once you select a season, you'll see confirmation and move to the next step. The form reveals sections progressively with each section appearing only after completing the previous one keeping the process simple and organized.
Search our database of 6,000+ clubs nationwide. Start typing your club name and matching results will appear. If your club exists, select it to connect with other players from your organization. If it doesn't exist, you can create a new club entry.
When you search, matching clubs appear with their location. Review the results carefully and select your club if it's there. This connects your player to their club organization and enables discovery by teammates and recruiters.
If your club isn't in our database, click 'Back to club search' and look for an option to create a new club. You'll enter the club name, city, state, and optionally a website URL. This adds your club to our growing network.
Fill in all required club details. The club name should be the official name, and location should match where the club is based. The website is optional but helpful for researching your club's reputation.
After selecting your club, it's time to find your specific team. Teams are typically organized by age group and level (like '14U Black' or '16U National'). Search for your team, or create a new one if it's not listed. The form will only show teams from your selected club.
Choose your team from the search results. Teams show their age group, competitive level, and division. Select the correct team to ensure accurate stats tracking and teammate connections.
If your team doesn't exist yet, you can create it. Enter the team name (like '14U Black'), select the age group, competitive level, and division. This creates a new team entry that other teammates can join later.
Finally, add details specific to your player's role on this team. Enter their jersey number, position on this team, and indicate if they're a team captain. These details helps in understanding your player's role and leadership experience.
Your team affiliation is now saved and appears in the team affiliations list. You can see the club name, team name, season, position, and jersey number. You can edit or delete affiliations anytime, and add as many teams as your player has played for across different seasons. This complete history showcases your player's entire volleyball journey.
